We are able to operate due to the 2018 Farm Bill, which legalized hemp-based cannabis as long as it has a tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) concentration of no more than 0.3% on a dry weight basis. However, despite this, certain states have prohibited specific THC products. Please check your local laws before making a purchase.
